šŸ‘‰Ingredients:
Sugar syrup:
.
Sugar - 2 cup
Water- 1 cup
Saffron strands mix in water
Cardamom powder- 1tsp
Lemon juice- 3-4 drops

šŸ‘‰Recipe:
Warm water
Add sugar
Mix & keep stirring
Once diluted add saffron water
Add cardamon powder with lemon juice drops
Keep stirring till all items mixed properly. šŸ‘‰Balushahi Dough Ingredients:
Maida- 2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Ghee- 1/2 cup
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp

šŸ‘‰Recipe:
mix maida with ghee gently
Add water, salt & baking powder
You have to mix it not knead it.
Mix gently & keep on rest for 5 mins.
Now once dough is settled. Break the dough roughly like you tear the paper.
Combine it again.
Repeat the step for 7-10 times.
Now take the dough...press it with hands.
Cut the dough in 2 portions.
Place it on each other.
Repeat the step for 7-10 times.
It helps in creating layers.
Again combine the dough.
Divide it in 4 portions.
Take 1st portion; roll it with palm, do equal 4 portions further.
Make flatter balls with a dimple on top.
Repeat the process with all other 3 portions as well.
Fry it with medium heated oil.
As it gets its golden shade.
Put it in warm sugar syrup.
Keep it dipped for 4-5 mins only.
Tadaaa it's ready.šŸ‘šŸ‘
